Answers about Paytree payment solutions and how the enquiry process works.

Through the Paytree–AFS partnership, businesses can explore in-store acceptance (Dual-Screen Terminal, AFS Lite miniPOS, SoftPOS), online acceptance (eCommerce integrations), Pay by Link, POS/till integrations, and merchant tools such as the AFS Pro Superapp and the Omnichannel Merchant Portal.

Yes — eCommerce integrations let you accept payments on your website or app, working with popular store platforms. The right integration approach for your store is discussed during your enquiry.

Pay by Link lets you send a secure payment link to a customer through channels such as WhatsApp, SMS or email, and get paid remotely — useful when you are not selling through a website checkout.

SoftPOS (Tap-to-Phone) turns a compatible phone into a payment acceptance device, so you can take contactless payments without extra hardware. Device and eligibility requirements apply and are confirmed during onboarding.

Two devices support face-to-face sales: the Smart Dual-Screen Terminal for fixed tills such as retail, pharmacy and F&B, and the AFS Lite miniPOS for on-the-move businesses such as stalls, delivery, salons and transport. Both take tap, chip & PIN, wallets and Jaywan.

Yes — the AFS payment platform supports eCommerce integrations, and the technology ecosystem also connects tills, ERPs and POS systems through several integration patterns. The team will identify the right fit for your setup.

Businesses of many shapes — from SMEs and single-location shops to larger merchants — across retail, F&B, services, delivery, eCommerce and more. Eligibility and any specific requirements are confirmed by the team when you enquire.

Use the enquiry form on the Contact page, or any “Enquire” button across the site. Tell us about your business and which payment solutions you are interested in, and the team will get in touch.

Onboarding includes submitting your KYC documents digitally, after which you receive logins for the app and portal. Exact document requirements are communicated by the team once your enquiry is reviewed.

On the AFS platform, settlement is typically the next business day (T+1) — the money from card sales lands in your account the next business day in many cases. Settlement times vary by product, and the exact schedule that applies to you is confirmed during onboarding.
