LegalTerms & Conditions.
Terms that apply to using the paytree.net website.
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of this website. By browsing this website or submitting an enquiry through it, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Paytree ("Paytree", "we", "us"). Paytree is a payment solutions brand operating in the UAE, working in partnership with Arab Financial Services (AFS). Contact: G20, Sky Business Centre, Dubai Festival City, Dubai, UAE · +971 50 911 9594.
2. What this website is — and is not
This website is an information and enquiry channel. It does not process payments, accept card transactions, open merchant accounts, or execute transactions of any kind. Payment acceptance services described on this website are supplied through the Paytree–AFS partnership: any payment processing, acquiring or related payment services will be provided under a separate merchant agreement with the relevant licensed payment services provider, on terms agreed at onboarding — not under these website terms.
3. Do not submit card or payment details
Never send card numbers, card security codes, passwords, PINs or other payment credentials through this website, the enquiry forms, email, or messaging. Enquiry forms are not payment channels and are not an environment for handling payment instrument data. If you submit such details, you do so at your own risk, and we recommend you treat them as compromised and cancel or replace the relevant payment instruments with your bank.
4. Information is general, not advice
Content on this website is provided for general information about payment solutions. It does not constitute a binding offer, quotation, financial, legal or regulatory advice, or a commitment regarding pricing, settlement schedules, transaction limits, approval timelines or service levels. Any commercial terms applicable to your business will be confirmed in writing during your enquiry and onboarding. Eligibility, documentation and approval for any payment solution are always subject to the relevant provider's onboarding and screening (KYC/AML) requirements.
5. Enquiry and onboarding
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create any contract with us or with any payment services provider. Following an enquiry, solutions, eligibility and terms are discussed and confirmed before any onboarding takes place. We may contact you at the details you provide to progress your enquiry. You confirm that information you submit through this website is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the business you represent.
6. Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies for the functioning of this website and for advertising purposes, including advertising technologies operated by Google and Meta. Details of these technologies and the choices available to you — including opting out of personalized advertising — are set out in our Privacy Policy.
7. Permitted use
You may use this website for lawful, personal or internal business purposes only. You agree not to: submit false, misleading or unauthorised business information; use the website to transmit unlawful, infringing or malicious content (including malware, Spam, or automated scraping without our consent); attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or interfere with the website's operation; or reverse-engineer, probe or overload the website or its hosting infrastructure.
8. Intellectual property and trademarks
Content on this website — text, layout, images, graphics, device mockups and dashboards — is owned by Paytree or used with permission. Device mockups, dashboards and interface visuals shown on this website are illustrative concepts and do not represent live product interfaces. The Paytree name and logo, the Arab Financial Services name and logo, and other third-party names, logos and marks are the property of their respective owners, and use of partner marks is for identification purposes only and subject to the partners' brand guidelines. No licence to use any mark is granted by these terms.
9. Third-party links and services
Links to third-party websites and services are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for third-party websites, their content, or their handling of your data; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
10. Availability
We aim to keep this website available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that content is free of errors, or that capabilities described remain current. Content may change without notice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paytree is not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or reliance on its content — except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any dispute arising from your use of this website, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
